A regional forum organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Tanzania, in collaboration with the UN Tourism, on April 22-24 in Arusha, Tanzania. It brought together 700 participants from various African countries, and more. We played the role of the official Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), coordinating a series of four different sub-events.

1. The celebrations kicked off with a “Funga Mtaa” street food concert, which attracted hundreds of local Arusha dwellers to participate and experience food varieties from different parts of Tanzania. This took place on April 22, 2025

2. Welcome cocktail reception, a social gathering that welcomed delegates to the Arusha region. The cocktail featured various canapes from Africa, celebrating the variety of foods and drinks that the region offers. The reception took place on April 23, 2025

3. The regional gastronomy forum, April 23-24,2025, which included a live cooking session that witnessed renowned African chefs creating magic for the participants. Around 400 participants attended the 2-day forum, which was officiated by Hon. Phillip Isdor Mpango, the Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania. Other dignitaries include the Secretary General of the UN Tourism, Zurab Pololikashvili, the First Lady of Zimbabwe, honourable ministers and heads of various organizations.

4. Finally, the farewell dinner. This dinner gala hosted 700 guests, featuring African food varieties and amazing music performances from Tanzanian artists. The dinner gala took place on April 25, 2025.
